Operator development
A documented operator curriculum exists in the published foundation of this work (The Coherence Exchange Protocol v2.0 & the Proto-Cognitive Co-Processor System, Carl Langley, 2025): defined operator competencies, progressive drills and staged certification for facilitated environment sessions, together with ethics and sovereignty protocols for operators and multi-site work. As embodied deployments mature, operator and practitioner development draws on that curriculum, adapted to each engagement and stated at its actual evidence level.
How it works
Training and advisory are scoped to a live engagement rather than sold as standalone courses in this phase. Content is grounded in the reference implementation and the approved public corpus, not in speculative capability.
Maturity
This offering grows with the founding design-partner phase. We will expand it as evidence and demand justify, and we will keep its claims exact.
