Accessibility Statement

Provisional statement. This reflects our design intent and self-assessment. An independent accessibility audit is planned before public launch; this statement will be updated with dated, audited conformance findings.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this site. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target standard.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML and a logical heading order (one h1 per page).
  • A skip link to main content, and visible keyboard focus.
  • Colour contrast meeting AA for text, with status never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Form fields with associated labels, grouped controls, and keyboard operability.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion; no autoplaying media or parallax.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow to a single column on small screens.

Known limitations

As a provisional build, some areas are not yet independently verified, and third-party or embedded content (where added later) may not fully conform. We will list specific limitations here after audit.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us via the Contact page. We treat accessibility issues as defects and aim to fix them promptly.
