PCC — the Protocognitive Co-processor — is an integrated, developmental polycentric intelligence platform, bound by PCC-COS, its consciousness operating system. Not one model or agent — a whole system in which perception, reasoning, memory, orchestration and governance cooperate, with provenance preserved and the operator sovereign.

Pods are illustrative configurations, not a closed catalogue. Each can operate independently or participate within a greater PCC deployment. Domes — where this work began — are a first-class deployment form alongside pods; a dome is one possible installation form, not the definition of PCC.
