Technical Integration

PCC complements and integrates existing technologies rather than requiring their replacement. It turns the models, agents, sensors, data stores and services you already run into cooperating capabilities — under governed orchestration, with provenance and authority preserved.

Integration principles

  • Complement, don’t replace. PCC sits alongside your stack, adding governance, coherence and continuity.
  • Preserve the core. Domain profiles supply vocabulary and evidence rules; platform adapters supply transport or storage; PCC’s core preserves identity, evidence, authority, lineage and recovery.
  • Authority is explicit. Capabilities carry typed identity and bounded grants; integrating a system never silently widens its authority.

What integrates

  • Models and agents — placed under governed orchestration (see Governed AI & Agent Integration).
  • Sensors and edge devices — through the constrained-device profile (Thin-CXP).
  • Data and knowledge stores — bound to provenance and lineage (see Knowledge Continuity).
  • Transports — MQTT, HTTP, files and the native semantic fabric.

Where this is today
